Currently, there are four main types of tube sealing machines in the market:
1. Copper block internal and external electric heating sealing:
This is a technology introduced from abroad, which uses copper blocks to heat and seal the tubes. This heating method is particularly suitable for the filling and sealing of aluminum-plastic composite tubes, resulting in a beautiful appearance and good sealing. However, if used for all-plastic tube sealing, there may be glue overflow at the tail; although it does not affect the sealing, it does not look very beautiful. If the appearance of the sealed tail is not a concern, products such as gear oil or some chemical products can choose this machine. After all, the copper block internal and external heat sealing machine has obvious advantages among the four main types of tube sealing machines.
2. Hot air gun internal heating tube sealing machine:
With the innovation of technology and product packaging, the equipment using copper block internal and external heating has been unable to meet the packaging requirements. The hot air gun internal heating equipment emerged under such circumstances. This sealing machine adopts a heating mode using Swiss-imported hot air guns, only heating the inner wall of the tube and then cooling the outer wall of the tube with a chiller to protect it, achieving heating and sealing. This mode not only improves production capacity but also solves the problem of glue overflow in all-plastic tubes. It can complete the filling and sealing work well, whether an all-plastic tube or an aluminum-plastic composite tube, with beautiful sealing suitable for products with high appearance requirements.
3. Metal aluminum tube folding machine:
The folding machine is specifically designed for filling and sealing metal tubes. It uses a cam drive to control the linkage of the entire machine, with a stable and reliable structure, low energy consumption, and other characteristics. The machine has 16 stations, and three or four folds of aluminum metal tubes are achieved through the linkage of multiple fixtures; it also possesses precise filling and positioning functions, available in both fully automatic and semi-automatic types.
4. Ultrasonic plastic tube sealing machine:
The ultrasonic plastic tube sealing machine uses ultrasonic generators to generate vibrations of a specific frequency to create friction fusion between two objects. The fusion process requires pressure. The ultrasonic sealing method can be used for both all-plastic tubes and aluminum-plastic composite tubes, achieving good sealing. Generally, two types of ultrasonic options are 15K and 20K, suitable for different tube materials, whether coarse or delicate. The power of ultrasonic machines is relatively smaller than that of hot air gun sealing machines, and heating and fusion can be carried out simultaneously.
In summary, the four major categories of tube sealing machines have their own characteristics and are suitable for different application scenarios. When choosing a sealing machine, it is necessary to comprehensively consider the product’s material, packaging requirements, and production efficiency to select the most suitable type of sealing machine.
